Canadian Honey at it's Best!

I have always used honey to sweeten my tea and my coffee instead of sugar. Honey is so much better for you than sugar is and it gives you a nice little energy boost.

I love the Lemon flavored honey in my tea and the Cinnamon flavored honey in my coffee.

I like the Pumpkin Spice honey mixed with my plain Greek yogurt. It gives the yogurt just the right amount of sweetness and a great flavor as well.

I chop up whatever fruit I have around the house and make fruit salad and I find adding a bit of honey to the fruit salad enhances the flavor. The best honey for this I find is the Coconut honey.

The Saskatoon Berry honey is my favorite flavor. I love it on my toast in the morning.

You can't go wrong with any of these flavors. They are delicious.
