It'a the middle of winter here in Alberta so it was really hard to fly this kite. A chinook happened to blow through so we thought we would take our chance and see if there was enough wind for it to lift off. The Grandkids were super excited, but unfortunately, it just wasn't enough wind.
This kite is really beautiful. It is so colorful.It looks so much better when you actually get it in your hands than it does in the picture. It was extremely easy to put together. I had one bar to insert through three tabs, one tab on each side and the one in the middle, and then tie the string on and it was done and ready to fly. The hardest part was trying to keep it away from the kids and the dog who were all attracted to it's bright colors and a long tail.
It is made of a thicker material. Not something that is going to fray right away and fall apart. This kite will last for years if you take proper care of it.
